I am 17 years old, im 6’3 and 180lbs
i am i high level soccer players but im on a scholarship to a university and i need to get stronger and a little bigger to compete with guys 4 years older than me…
I wanted to know a good weight training program maybe even some of those that professionals use, upper body isnt that important while lower is everything to soccer, also i understand i should do more sets nd more reps to get cut but strong which is perfect for soccer
