Im a serious soccer player but one of my weaknesses is fitness. I may start out and quit after 2 weeks. Or start out and quit after a month, but I always manage to quit. Now I know I need to not quit. BUt the problem is, or rather problems are 1)i have a very busy schedule so getting a set routine is very tough
2)I don’t have access to very much equipment (just an indoor bike, and some weights)
3)I have bad acne, so every 2 weeks i have this treatment, and for about 5 days after the treatment i’m now allowed to sweat at all, so i cant do anything then either
sso with all these problems, how can i get a good fitness routine going, and not quit?
