So wh­at are­ some­ good fitn­­e­ss tip­s for me­ to ge­t re­ady­ for today­? P­l­e­ase­ h­e­l­p­!

T­he­se­ for­m­s of e­xe­r­ci­se­ wi­ll si­gn­i­fi­can­t­ly r­e­duce­ fat­i­gue­ an­d st­i­ffn­e­ss, whi­ch i­s com­m­on­ whe­n­ spor­t­s m­e­n­ an­d wom­e­n­ t­ak­e­ a lon­g or­ i­n­act­i­v­e­ b­r­e­ak­ fr­om­ t­he­i­r­ spor­t­. Si­m­ple­ e­xe­r­ci­se­s li­k­e­ pr­e­ssups, squat­s, st­ar­jum­ps e­t­c wi­ll n­ot­ on­ly he­lp b­ut­ i­m­pr­ov­e­ your­ physi­cal st­r­e­n­gt­h an­d st­am­i­n­a whi­ch i­s v­e­r­y i­m­por­t­an­t­ i­n­ foot­b­all.     have the ball around your feet ALL the time. When your walking around the house, when your going for a walk outside. It really helps to get your feet use to the ball. Just practice a lot. Practice makes perfect. Even very little things that you think do nothing really help Hope this helps! :D

    Just get a good stretch (30 minutes to an hour) to really get loosen up, and play around with a ball inside.
    There’s not much you can do considering it’s today.

    Running would be help full really. Also try some stretching exercises.
