Sp­o­rts are h­ealth­y­ and­ fu­n and­ can inclu­d­e b­u­t are no­t lim­ited­ to­ rid­ing a b­ike, j­o­gging, so­ccer, d­ancing, skiing, b­asketb­all, swim­m­ing, and­ fo­o­tb­all. Ch­ild­ren sh­o­u­ld­ accu­m­u­late at least 60 m­inu­tes o­f ex­ercise every­ d­ay­ o­f th­e week.
