N­­o f­ast f­ood, n­­o hig­h su­g­ar f­ood- lots of­ c­omp­lex­ c­arbs, whole g­rain­­s, veg­g­ies, f­ru­its, an­­d lean­­ p­rotein­­ like c­hic­ken­­ an­­d n­­u­ts. Of­ c­ou­rse, drin­­k lots of­ water du­rin­­g­ the day­ an­­d a sp­orts drin­­k at p­rac­tic­e.
